We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service to our customers. One of the ways we succeed at this is setting up all accounts on automatic delivery. However, by submitting this letter, you are requesting that your account be set up on WILL CALL status and NOT automatic delivery. Please remember to frequently check the gauge (s) on the propane tank (s) located on your property to avoid an "all out" situation. IF YOU RUN OUT OF PROPANE FOR ANY REASON, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES YOU MAY INCUR, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, FROZEN PIPES OR DAMAGE TO BUILDINGS AND THEIR CONTENTS.

Whether you requested your account to be will call or your account is on will call for other reasons, it is your responsibility to monitor your supply and call our office when the gauge (s) read approximately 40-45%. This allows us ample time to make a delivery before you run out of propane.

Allowing your propane tank to run empty is costly. The emergency delivery fee is $150.00 for deliveries made during normal business hours and $200.00 for deliveries made after business hours/holidays. In addition to the delivery charge, it may be required that we perform a leak test. We must have access to all of the propane appliances connected to the system. Additionally, underground tanks can often “float” out of the ground if they are not kept relatively full in areas where the water table is high.

Please be aware that if the equipment at the location is not owned or leased your account is subject to our minimum usage policy. If a total of the tank(s) capacity of gas is not used annually your account will be billed the difference between the total of the tank(s) capacity and what was actually used for that period. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please telephone our office and speak to a Customer Service Representative. Please sign and return a copy of this letter acknowledging that your account is on “will call” and the potential consequences that may arise from this.
