Yesterday, your technician Roy Asbury arrived at our house to deliver the propane tank and connect the tank to the generator. I was impressed by his professional manner. He is affable, polite, and well-spoken. I asked many questions, and he took the time to answer them precisely. He did a great job and took care to do things well and with attention to the details. I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know he is a wonderful representative for your company.

New England Propane was by far the most professional, considerate, and easy to work with companies I have experienced in a long time as a 20-year homeowner in Putnam County. David Unschuld really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed set up for our new pool and home propane. He was able to get our new gas lines installed and new tanks in place within 48hrs. We signed our agreement on Friday, and he scheduled the installation on Monday. He was diligent and supportive in filing permits and getting our inspection done. We look forward to a long-term relationship with New England Propane.

New England Propane has been terrific both servicing us with heating propane and providing propane for our Generac generator. The workeds have been efficient and timely. The desk staff always either providing answers or researching answers to our questions. Dave our salesman is just super. He is always so patient with changes we made in planning and explaining every option along the way. I would strongly recommend New England Propane to my friends and family. I have been a customer with two other propane companies in the Danbury area and can confidently say that NEP is head and shoulders above the rest. David Unschuld is great to work with; he always replied to my emails or phone calls very quickly and was even able to schedule a delivery for us on short notice.
