New England Propane operates https://newenglandpropane.com, the New England Propane mobile app and portals. We are the sole owner of all information gathered on these sites. It is our policy to respect and protect your privacy in the manner outlined in this document.

Your password is encrypted and New England Propane does not have access to it. As such, you are responsible for the security of your password. Automated mechanisms have been put into place to enable you to reset a lost or forgotten password, provided you are able to appropriately confirm your identity as the account holder.

SPRING APPRECIATION CONTEST TERMS

Spring Appreciation Contest runs from April 8 to May 29, 2021. All active pool heating customers automatically entered to win a $50 account credit. Automatic delivery customers receive two entries. One credit per customer address. Accountholder must be 18 or over to win. Entries have no cash value, and winnings will be issued as account credits only. Weekly winner will be chosen at random by New England Propane and announced publicly on Facebook. Winner will be notified by a New England Propane representative. All customers may contact New England Propane and request a list of winners. For customer privacy, only first name and last initial only. New England Propane’s decisions are final.

PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES

Our Privacy Policy may be changed at any time, and at New England Propane’s sole discretion. We expect any changes to be minor. Updated policies will be displayed on this page, and we recommend that you periodically check this page for changes. Your continued use of the site, app and portal after any change in this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the change.
