Say Bye-Bye to Volatile Fuel Prices with Pre-Buy!
World energy prices today are, to use a famous quote by Winston Churchill, “a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma.” Since news about conflicts in the Middle East changes by the hour, no one knows where fuel prices will go.
Fortunately, we at New England Propane are happy to offer our customers a pre-buy pricing program. This very wallet-friendly price protection program allows you to pay for your propane in advance of the heating season when prices are typically lower.
You pay for your fuel in full at a fixed price per gallon. We will then deliver your propane as needed throughout the 2026-27 heating season until your total propane pre-buy volume has been exhausted. After that, we will charge you the regular market rate for any additional fuel; if a surplus of pre-buy propane exists after the heating season, we will either refund your balance or issue an account credit for the following heating season.
Volatile fuel prices aren’t just an April 2026 thing; they have been going up and down like a roller coaster since we began delivering propane in 1989.
