Use this FREE service and leave the work to us! For predictable fuel applications such as home heating, hot water and cooking, there is no need to check your tank’s gauge under normal conditions as our advanced forecasting system will predict your fuel consumption and percent full based upon the average daily temperature since your last delivery, past usage and tank size.
Some customers prefer to monitor their own tank levels and call us when they need a refill. For these 'will-call' deliveries we request that the office be notified at least five business days before you'd like your tank filled, which should be when the gauge on your tank reads between 40% and 50%. You call notify us via phone, email or from this site, however please always provide your tank percentage when requesting a delivery.
Emergency propane deliveries are typically available after hours, on weekends or on holidays but please be aware that non-scheduled deliveries are subject to an additional charge.
DO NOT RUN OUT OF PROPANE! If your propane tank is empty New England Propane is required by Fire Safety Code to perform a leak test (which you pay for) before we can fill your tank, which in most cases requires you to be home.
Lastly, keep in mind that if you choose to monitor your own tank that we cannot be responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of running out of propane. For that reason we strongly urge our customers to always be on automatic delivery, and leave the worrying to us!
What truly sets us apart is that we are a true 24/7/365 company. We provide around-the-clock emergency fuel delivery. We always have a live operator to answer the phone as well as a service technician on call at all times. Whether it's the middle of the night or the middle of a snowstorm, you'll have peace of mind knowing that New England Propane will promptly respond to your emergency call.
We're not just installers, we're also systems designers. We will come to your home to perform a FREE, no-obligation, in-home consultation and design customized systems to meet your specific residential or commercial needs.

All too often, propane customers run out of gas when temperatures are the coldest. If your tank is out of gas, no matter what the reason, a leak test is required by law to test the integrity of your propane system’s plumbing and piping. If leakage is indicated, the gas supply needs to be shut off until the necessary repairs have been made. For more information on leak tests, click here.
How do you keep from running out of gas? Keep an eye on the tank gauge or have New England Propane place you on an automatic delivery schedule. Ask us about reading your propane tank gauge so you won’t run out of gas – we are happy to help.
OSHA regulates that all commercial propane tanks have an inspection every 12 months. We offer safety inspections at no charge to all our commercial customers.
